A very pertinent point and it raises the question which you may wish to answer: if there was no non-Israeli system compatible with this particular jet, was it the right decision not to include this safety equipment because it was Israeli? Given your recent post, is your answer in the affirmative?

If that was true they could have bought a different jet with a compatible non-Israeli system.
