Believe it or not we need these skilled doctors far more they need the headache. Try to squeeze them financially and they will just go work somewhere else.

Because those consultants who broke their contract are money grabbing bastards who wanted to coin it in the private system while earning the higher salary of a public only contract.

There is no private maternity hospital in Ireland so there is no competition.

Friend in Galway telling me they had to put off opening of some community centre in the Gaeltacht because he insisted on being there to cut the tape and he also had someone check to ensure his name would be engraved on the plaque marking the opening!
