Phil Hogan nominated for a top job at the UN by the Irish Government. I genuinely can’t understand how this guy keeps getting nominated to plum posts.

He’s our Peter Mandleson. Not suggesting any illegal activity but his ability to draw controversy on himself and others is impressive to say the least.

I totally agree. The lack of big picture thinking around this debate has been disappointing.

The Government have been caught by the bollox regarding fuel prices. Spreading a false narrative about price gouging when in fact the main driver of high fuel prices in Ireland is due to VAT and carbon taxes.
