Rightly or wrongly they looked after people who don’t work the most. Withdrawing once off measures was always going to bite people.

All classes of taxpayers are worse off so no one was l"ooked after". Secondly, how can you be assured that the less well off "don't work the most". A lot of people do a lot of poorly paid menial work to pay the bills and get by and are undeserving of your (FF) labelling of them.

I think you may have misunderstood my point. They gave the most to the people who don’t work was my point. Apart from minimum wage increases which are totally deserved.

Pensioners, the unemployed etc etc all received social welfare rises. The average worker actually faces a higher tax burden because of PRSI increases.

This fella appears to be ripping up trees (lol, that's a Greens joke, haha) in Douglas, Mahon, etc. Always knew An Post makes or breaks people.

My siblings and i have an issue with the HSE re a nursing home problem , Three weeks ago we contacted a South central TD who said he
would help sort it, His secretary said she was working on it,The same TD is a fierce man for promising things but up to now we have heard nothing back from him, Last friday i decided to email Michael Martins office , I got an email informing the email had been recieved, but nothing since,
On saturday my brother contacted Padraig Rice, On monday Rice emailed saying he had raised the issue with the HSE,
He forwarded us an email from HSE to say they are looking into the matter,
Nothing has been finalised as of now but id give credit to Rice for his prompt response,
