  • Total voters
    56
  • Poll closed .
Milei has the right idea for dealing with public service, however it would never be accepted here with all the noses in the troughs

In real terms of bang for your buck most people are worse off than they were five years ago.

Fine Gael/Fianna Fail stooges will of course say we can't do anything about it and the coalition shouldn't be held account for circumstances that ARE their responsibility.

The principle of St killians thanked al politicians for their help in getting the funding for therapists, PJ Coogan praised Padraig O Sullivan
for working hard on this, Of course Tommy still has an axe to grind on this, Of course the upcoming election is a factor in the funding been granted
but why not just be happy for the families?

The funding will only last until Christmas afaik. It's an absolute disgrace that this government continue to ignore the most vulnerable in society and voters should remember this at election time.

The hope is ST Killians will be included in the programme after christmas, Fingers crossed it will be, Failure to do so will be an absolute disgrace,

What's the viable alternative government?. SF have taken their eye off the ball completely. This was a party that had over 37% support in the polls 2_3 years ago . All they had to do was be an effective opposition and garner enough tacit support within the left parties ,provide a policy platform that people could say yeah that looks good I'll give them a shot. Instead they are a mess, lurching from one populist policy to the next, mary lou as leader checking to see which way the wind is blowing and following on with gusto. Maybe they have a shot at government but what is the shape of it ,they tell us a gov without FG/FF is the best choice but they for sure are not ruling out FF in coalition and I don't see any form of pact yet with any party on the left or centre left re vote transfer or management.
for now the polls say FF/FG and another minor party or independents SF are not selling their message ,attacking the budget on the issue of phone pouches was laughable when there are far bigger issues and they haven't sold their policies on health housing etc to the electorate.
