Following on from moves in the UK to set up a centre right Climate Party, would this get traction in Ireland? It's clear that the Green Party's image attracts too much scorn to be a real force in Irish politics. It's also clear that we are already partially fucked for the future, and if we don't want to be reduced to complete breakdown, we'd better make climate effectively the only item on the agenda, similar to a war situation.

So far this year, we're seeing:
Unprecedented flooding in Australia
Wildfires across Europe, including in the UK
Europe hit by its third heatwave of the summer.
Downtown Seoul flooded, with people dying in basement apartments.
37 people dead in Kentucky's worst ever flooding

That's just a snapshot. You continue to vote for FF, FG or SF and we will all reap what you sow. If you want to predict what a party will do, look at what they've done in the past. Those fuckers have done fuck all about the problem, apart from a bit of window dressing.

Tldr: you stupid shower of cunts.

Climate is a tricky one for politiicans, show your faces at protests, tell the young people you fully support their campaign
to tackle climate change, but then protest against carbon tax,

Sunday indo had a poll which showed peoples main concerns are Cost of living, housing, health, followed by climate,
other issues were miles behind in the minds of people, The question of unity was on 2%

"Pending the outcome of a study of security of energy supplies which is due by end of next month"

FFS - there is no security of energy supplies this coming winter. Accept it and plan for it now.

+ Object to wind turbines and solar farms and mention "China " and "India" at every turn.

Then do not even have a climate policy so people cannot object to it like S.F. (but we are committed to etc) waffle.

Mark my words.

If and when SF/IRA get into Government in this country, the very first thing they will mention is a UI.

Followed by their " Chucky ar La "

Or whatever the fuck they roar.
