Scott Buckley gone to Ealing on loan for the remainder of the season.

I think this will be Scannells last year if the Barrons do well

Danny Sheahan will need game time

Scott Buckley will need to be exceptional to have a future here

Some areas of strength (e.g. backrow), some areas of weakness, but here's some stats that mean Munster should be disappointed if they don't get 5 points from this one:

• Scarlets have not beaten Munster since a 10-6 win at Parc y Scarlets in March 2019
• Munster have won their last nine matches against Welsh regions since their defeat at the Dragons in September 2022.
• Munster have not lost at home to a Welsh opponent since Scarlets visited Thomond Park in February 2017.
