I have to wonder with Prendergast now gone and replacements in, does that toxicity go, as in Prendergast wanting the head coach job and Mc Millan being appointed.
Does this now give McMillan the full power to coach that team the way he wants rather than a toxic environment

Clearly not while Flanagan and Costello are hanging around to balls things up. They sound like a bad UK/US comedy tribute act.

I never heard of Jimmy Duffy b4 he was appointed and whilst I remember Jared Payne as a player, I know nothing abput his coaching career.

Hopefully MR knows what it's doing here.

It looks like Clayton will stay, for now.

IMO - We badly need a TH, a 10/15 and a big lock (to replace Kleyn)

Without recruiting essential new players, this coaching ticket will fail.

Whether we have the resources is another matter

I have zero expectations for Munster next season, I don't care anymore if they even qualify for the following seasons European competition.
Unfortunately we are at the bottom of the barrell now and the 4th Irish province

Head Coach Andrew Browne has today named the Ireland Men’s U20s Squad, sponsored by PwC, for the 2026 World Rugby Junior World Championship in Georgia.

Ireland have been drawn in Pool C alongside Argentina, England and USA for this summer’s tournament and will play all their Pool matches at the Avchala Stadium in Tbilisi.

Eight Munster players have been selected: Christopher Barrett (scrum-half), Rob Carney (centre), Jamie Conway (prop), Joe Finn (lock), Alex Lautsou (back-row), James O’Leary (centre), Charlie O’Shea (out-half) and Tom Wood (out-half).

If that’s true, then the IRFU should issue an outright ban on provinces singing South African internationals. Once they’re in Rassies squad, their only priority outside of international windows is to mind themselves.
