Why do Jack, Gav, and Edwin get first name basis treatment and the rest of them don't?

Similarly why do soms players just get initials while the likes of O'Donovan have their full surname?

What is this all about? What is going on here? Well?

Ben O'Donovan is pretty new and BOD is already taken as an TLA in rugby.

Jager, Bartley and Kleyn are only back training again after injury, don't think they're available for selection yet.

Jager, Bartley and Kleyn are only back training again after injury, don't think they're available for selection yet.

No IIRC once they are back in training, they are available for selection.
Even long term absentees often play after traong for a week. I think they mostly stay working on core fitness, while out so are up to speed quickly.

I think Kleyn will play as he wasn't out long. I think Jager might get game time as results are so vital and we have struggled so much at TH.

Italy has a very good scrum so Benetton will expose weaknesses. Kleyn and Jager bring size and strength.

Don't expect Bartley to feature but good to have cover for injuries.

This will be very tough as Benetton are very good at home
