The Munster Rugby Thread 24/25

Carbs going to Leinster apparently. They hardly need him like do they?

Ulster would make much more sense but if Leinster want him I'm sure he'd rather be living near home.

Apparently he'll qualify for England soon enough for some some reason

He's an old head in a team that will have 3 relatively inexperienced 10s and he's unlikely to be in Irish camps so the young fella Gabriel will get some sort of mentoring from him.

You could argue that Ulster would benefit form that more though. But if he's getting a move him he certainly won't throw that away with any English caps. Not that he'd get a call up with their options anyway

He'll probably be Leinster first choice by this time next year and back in the Ireland squad for the 27 six nations...

Squad update has Kendellen and Hodnett out for a bit, Nankivell is back fit.

Interestingly, Oli Jager is reported as back to full training and possibly available to play.

Munster basically as close to full strength as you can reasonably expect at this point in the season.

Some turnaround from the injury list of last year. It's been just normal stuff so far this season.

Nanks availability is huge. Back row in the area where we can afford to lose a few, hopefully our 2 No 7s will be back soon. Hodnett and Kendellen have been very unfortunate this season - A fully fit Hodnett is a big assett IMO.

Interesting that McMillan says the rotation is pretty much over (apart from IRFU requirements) - The Ulster game was our worst performance (by a long way) this season IMO - can we bounce back ?
