Ya they came out and formally ratified him after a meeting, there was talks he might not get this. I understand Cahill met the board on Monday evening afterwards.

First Senior and Minor Double since 1940 for Limerick is a fantastic achievement.
One family in Kilmallock club has had a very successful month . The O Brien's- Shane and Gavin now have two All Ireland medals in their home -senior and minor , and dad Adrian was S&C for the All Ireland champions.

So you are saying that the Tipperary county board firstly had a meeting among themselves on Monday and then they had a meeting with Cahill afterwards. What happened to the “voicing concerns” of the players?
