agree totally, I’ve always said Cantwell presents the Sunday game and questions the pundits like it’s a political programme, she’s awful and harsh with zero personality. Jacqui Hurley should have got the gig, she knows her stuff and is a bit of craic alsoShe acts like it’s bbc panorama. Her aggressive hand movements too I have no idea why it’s allowed by the editor. I know she is a legit journalist but sometimes I just need a Michael lyster or a bill o herilly type just lightens the mood. It’s sport. It’s not war or a scandal.

His Laochra Gael episode was superb. I get why RTÉ wanted to refresh but he had a gift for it. Brolly on the football became absolutely awful, his ego began to totally subsume the games he was actually covering and dynamic with Spillane especially started getting uncomfortable to watch.
