Throwing the ball on the ground and regathering is really becoming prevalent. Barrett just blatantly threw the ball on the ground way in front of him to make space, regathered and scored a handy tap over. Utter nonsense.
 
Explain that officiating to me?

A penalty....a black card... no.

Advantage given... the throwiest of throw balls to set up the point... and the point is given.
We have replays and in fairness first contact is on the line of the penalty area so in realtime I think he called it bang on in fairness. The Waterford keepers challenge was ignored, first contact was on the line and definitely outside from the refs viewpoint.
 
good win for Tipp there, a few different points in the game they were vulnerable but steadied up well on each occasion, really bad reffing, 2 x black card/pens Tipp should have had , also blatant overcarrying for Tipp's clinching goal where the forward take a few steps then does a complete pivot and is hitting the ball after 6/7 steps.
