The Hurling Thread

Fact is, like it or loathe it, the football leagues are competitive cos counties have skin in the game wrt championship. The same cannot be said about the hurling. There needs to be an incentive for teams that reach league final otherwise we continue to have situations like Waterford going on warm weather training this week and pretending tgat they would just love to cut short their holiday to play semi final, yeah sure you would Davy.
In fairness though showing highlights of Limerick and Kildare and Derry and Clare doesn’t really support that.

They can go on a warm weather holiday with gandi to the Sahara if they want. Won’t beat limerick round 1

Oh wait Ursula Jacob. Put the football back on for goodness sake. 😂

Joe wasn’t half spoofing talking about Kildare. You could see him looking to Ursula hoping she’d bail him out.
He hasn’t set the punditry world on fire anyway. He seems to make comments that we already know anyway.

His Bemusement on tv a few weeks ago on why teams don’t push up on the limerick backs for their puck outs was gold. Like he found oil or something.
