Isnt it great that Liverpool Football Club have been involved in the greatest European Cup Final and the greatest Uefa Cup Final in the history of football.There total of 11 European trophies,including a british record Five European Cups is truely a wonderful record.

Dispite the great comeback of last year, I wouldn't name it as the greatest final.
Liverpool were woefull for starters. They didn't play in the first half so we can discount that. They got three goals in 6 minutes in the second half and then played for penalties, killed off a game that was there for the taking after the equaliser.
I do not begrudge them the win, but the greatest final? Not in my book.

Yeah AC Milan should have won but fell asleep for about 7 minutes. They bossed the vast majority of the game.
