The biggest one Mayo ever let get away was 2014, when they lost to Kerry in the semi final replay in Limerick, after Donegal took Dublin out in the other semi.

That was the worst Kerry team to ever win an AI, and it was a mix of being fucked by the ref and just bottling it than done em.

Should have beaten Meath in 1996 and should have at least one win against Dublin who beat them by a point on 3 occasions. I'm not sure how great that Donegal team was and that match was very winnable on paper. I was at the 1997 final and they kicked it away.

I think 50% is fair.

Pat McIneney put off Meath worst player in 96 replay Coyle and Mayo best player, Liam McHale, who was in the form of his life. Coyle was a complete tramp who had zero football, kicked a freak of an equaliser the first day.
