Louth beat a poor monaghan team, lost 8 out of 8 games in Div 1

And I still maintain our game away to Louth was possibly best performance . Won by 5 ,should have been 10 or 12.

Don't assume Kerry are already in the all Ireland final. Dublin have one big advantage over every other county, when it comes to playing Kerry: they have no inferiority complex when playing them.

So did Tomas O'Se and after the game he said it was Division 1 v Division 2 football so where does it leave Cork trying to compete in next years league. I also predicted Louth as I didn't know Craig Lennon wouldn't be playing, such a good footballer in Sam Mulroy would struggle and the Louth full-back line would get that much roasted.

However I predicted Galway to win over Cork last Saturday and Limerick to win next Sunday as well as next years AI. I also got it correct when I predicted Clare and Tipp to win the last 2 AI titles.

I can only think of the final in 23 as being close to that - and that was two fairly evenly matched teams

Every other time they’ve beaten them (since 2011), man for man, they’ve been a far better team than ky.

Mayo deserved fully to beat us because they were far braver on the day. Louth nowhere near the standard but even they gave Mayo huge problems on kickouts. Kerry will give them a ridiculous beating.

Tomas O Shea is being wise after the event.I’ve seen nothing in Louth over the last 2 years, whilst I thought Mayo’s youngsters were good and finished well against Cork. We don’t look so bad now!
