It’s an open draw of sorts in that the round 2 winner are drawn against round 3 and repeat matches are to be avoided if possible so we can’t get Kerry Du or Meath

It’s avoid repeat pairings where possible, Provincial finals in the first instance and then repeats of rounds 1 and 2. So would say definitely not getting Kerry, could maybe still end up with Meath or Donegal if they’re in it depending how other things fall.

If all 3 come from that side, we could end up knowing our opponent before the draw is made.
