He's doing a great job.....Foxy is actually a Douglas man trying his best to build resentment against Clon through a covert WUM mission.
Our pulling power extends far beyond West Cork. We currently have the single best Kerry footballer in the country who is plying his trade outside the Kingdom.David Clifford isn’t from Clon or anywhere west of the viaduct where these Clonakilty vultures can pull players from. Therefore he can’t be that good at football, not according to the fox anyways
When the f**k did Clifford transfer to Clon??Our pulling power extends far beyond West Cork. We currently have the single best Kerry footballer in the country who is plying his trade outside the Kingdom.
Clon is hugely attractive place to live and Ahamilla has a pull that no other club in the country can boast. You better believe we get guys from far and wide eager to play football with Clon. With the advent of remote working it’s becoming so frequent that we will often turn potential recruits away unless they can bring something special to the table.
I think you should read the bolded part again. When the f**k did Clifford transfer to Clon??
Would agree with you about CON, a very natural forward and scorer. I never saw Martin Cronin show up for Cork on a big day in Croke Park - not of a T. O'Se level.IMO, Martin Cronin Nemo is by far and away the best wing back in Cork football the last 25 years.
Colm O Neill our best forward of the 25 year period and out top scorer, has to be in for me. He was sensational, a natural scoring forward and absolute killer in front of goals. CON had a phenomenal career despite his horrendous catalogue of injuries. He was in the top few forwards in the country for a 5 year period and God only knows what he would have accomplished if he was injury free.
James Masters an honorable mention. Again another scoring machine. These are very rare.
Cronin played during a period when trips to Croke Park were rare enough. I just think he was a better player than the other options.Would agree with you about CON, a very natural forward and scorer. I never saw Martin Cronin show up for Cork on a big day in Croke Park - not of a T. O'Se level.
