Depends on where you are, urban areas have a shocking player involvement ratio, because they have more than enough, country clubs are crying out for players so maybe full amalgamations are necessaryI was just thinking there of a little scheme Eamonn Ryan did in the Hill school in 1991. Just genius. Made everyone a little more involved, gave a few younger lads a role. Just a natural sports psychologist as much as anything else.
On the new clubs, I think we’ve too many clubs in Cork not too few.

True but Douglas Ballincollig and Sars regularly have 70/80 young kids on the age, who do you suggest they partner up with?Registration limits sounds good to me as well but I think partnering up existing clubs works. Maybe do it based on primary schools so the switch is early?
