Sounds about right, for all that gear tied up for the bones of a week and the associated labour. Good value actually.
The events were free last year but if you took a euro or two at the gates going in then the attendance would pay for itself.

There would likely be sponsorship to help cover the cost, and City Council would have an events budget that would contribute a significant chunk.

Interested to hear people's thoughts on clubs handing out tickets.

Do people think it should be an open draw between members?

Or should their be some bias towards people who do more for the club?

I always feel you should reward people where possible, as we all well know the clubs wouldn't keep the lights on without.

Club chair & secretary (and underage Chair & Secretary) have to get one. The amount of work & grief involved in those jobs is off the charts. The least they deserve is a ticket.

Worst and busiest jobs on most execs are child welfare officer and treasurer. I'd put them in a corporate box!
