Appeal against the judgement in the rape trial lodged

Will be interesting to see what grounds the appeal is based on. It struck me that the judge was very careful throughout given the profile of the case and the certainty of McGonagle not accepting any decision against him

Hopefully the appeal will go along the lines of every day in court since the judgement where he has been treated like the scumbag he is

I hope he gets absolutely hammered on appeal. Appeal courts are generally very slow to overturn a jury verdict and I think the Judge was exceptionally careful.
