the facts of this case are simple
Nikita hand was raped violently by Conor McGregor
Lawrence was having sex with the other woman while this was going on

Nikita hand, despite her real fear of McGregor due to his wealth and connections , reported the rape to the guards

the DPP let her down badly through cowardice , that's pretty clear at this point. Instead of taking the case and exposing Lawrence as a liar involved in a conspiracy to get McGregor off they reneged on their duty.

However, they reckoned without Ms Hands courage. She knew what she was facing yet she was determined to get justice for herself.

This relentless campaign of yours to paint her as a liar is shameful.

Lawrence and Kealy lied on behalf of McGregor. Its obvious why they did that. The campaign of abuse and violence against Nikita hand was real and it wasn't the first time that a person was paid off and intimidated by McGregor and his cohort of fan boy thugs.

Lawrence claimed he had sex with Nikita hand in order to create an impression that she was lying.

you, you fucking eejit , wanted her to go in to court claiming that McGregor raped her but not claim against Lawrence who was claiming he had sex with her.
If he is telling the truth then the fact that she had no recollection of that means that his claims could only have happened if she was too drunk or drugged to give consent and it also turned him into a defendant rather than simply a witness. It would be open to the defence then to try to influence the jury by pointing out that she was only suing the millionaire but not the stooge .

when they went in front of the jury they were exposed as the grotesque liars they are.

the judges findings on costs are further vindications of this courageous young woman.

he gave a ruling that nails McGregor and also fucked over any attempt by Lawrence to reclaim costs in a further case by ruling very clearly on it. The basis of his ruling was that Lawrence put himself in the frame for rape , was exposed as a liar, and he was not going to allow that scumba behaviour to hurt Nikita hand

There are a few warped posters on here that did say horrible stuff and are best ignored and hopefully are fucked out. No place for it.

What I said was that RR and a lot of others commented on the holes in the story and the character of the people involved. I never saw him saying someone deserves to be raped. That would be obviously a horrific comment.

What I see is a pile on , on a poster debating the facts as the reporting was coming out. Don't have to agree but no need for the frenetic score settling.

It’s a case to be avoided I think.
I was stunned over Christmas to hear how some of my own family have such a black and white view and misunderstanding of the court case, the accepted evidence, actual jury decision, CM comments afterwards about the proceedings and the subsequent award on costs. A retired school principle was talking about how CM was convicted of rape!

He's been accused of sexual assault in Florida now too. How can he be named when it's nothing more than an accusation at this stage?

You can't just go around accusing people of rape and having their names dragged through the mud before any evidence has been looked at.

This injunction is entirely of his own making. They are very expensive, so maybe the costs will help him to remember that he can't do whatever he wants.

US law ( in most states anyway) allow for the naming of someone once they have been accussed.

I guess they are the rules they play by in the states, I doubt they allowed it just for Conrad

2 things though - I wouldn't be so quick to assume it is a witch hunt, Id imagine there are plenty of women out there that have been sexually assaulted by a famous person and presume they could never win in court because of their fame and their ability to throw money at the case. So when women see someone succeed against that person it gives them the confidence to come forward themselves. It happens all of the time in the likes of paedophelia cases, 1 victim comes out, it goes public, and then there are 10 victims. Its certainly not a witch hunt in those cases

Also - bear in mind that Hand was the 6th or 7th woman to accuse that scumbag of sexual assault, this lady in the states is part of an unfortunate group, not second in

Good. The idea that he could take one piece of evidence and try to use it in isolation to discredit both the victim and the jury is disgraceful.

He clearly can't handle the fact that he is being held ( somewhat) accountable for his actions.
