How long has bishop Buckley been bishop ?

He stood down about 10 years ago. He's Bishop emeritus now or something. Just loves the funerals he does.

The real Bishop is a younger fella who is unpopular with the teachers AFAIK

Bishop Buckley was great bit of stuff. Had a keen interest in basketball in the 80’s in cork. I remember the only thing was he was incredibly hard to understand!

My husband used to train out in the farm in Bishopstown, and Bishop Buckley would often be out there. They had the same conversation a few times a week for years

I used to work near there and would cut through walking back to my car. Used to meet him the odd time as he was chipping a few golf balls around. A really lovely man.
