I'm still not totally convinced that the area around Deerpark is where I want. Doyle Road and Mount Pleasant seem very narrow and a bit claustrophobic, I'd prefer somewhere a bit more open. I think Capwell Road is shit, and as much as I like High Street, there is no parking and we can do better than a terrace.

I think I'd like somewhere around Turners Cross stadium/Musgrave Park. Nice and open, decent sized houses, and within walking distance of everything.

Those are lovely solid houses, and there is great scope for extension on most of them if you want or need to.

Hawthorn should be so much better than it is, given the location. Short walk to MOKs though, or to Noels I suppose...
