The Action Plan for Housing.

Site works have been ongoing there for a while now, I would have thought all objections have been cleared at this stage.
If they're what's in the picture then good job to the objectors in ensuring there's plenty of green space for people. There's too many people stuck in apartments with no green grass attached to the building. And not even just for families with kids. Anyone, no matter their age needs a private place to sit in the sun with some greenery around them and a beer or tea in hand.

Grand job so.

Handy one alright.

"You've only put in place the wherewithal to build around 35,000 houses which is well short of what we as a country require"

"Ah, you're nothing but a nay-sayer. Given our policies we will build over 40,000 houses as part of the ramp up to eventually having 55,000 new houses built annually that we need"

Some months later, after the General Election of course, "That figure of 41,000 is not realistic"

Rinse and Repeat, election after election 😔

Fella on radio this morning said many construction workers are been diverted from hotel building but rather than building new homes they are
