No menopause for me as yet, but @The Banker from friends that are at that stage, HRT seems to be a great help if she is a candidate for it.

There is a complex menopause clinic in the bons. She would need a referral from her GP to attend, but if HRT isn't an option for her then it might be well worth her while organising that.

I must be much older than you

I'd say not. I am 48 so well into the age range for normal menopause. My mam was well into her 50s when she went through it though, and it seems like I am following her path.

I have endometriosis and I get my levels checked regularly enough so I know that my AMH is still pre menopause levels.
