Unlikely two of the band, Frantz and Tina Weymouth did a book recently that absolutely trashes Byrne.

Yeah just checked out their one off comeback gig for the 2002 hall of fame induction which was a disaster by their standards. The whole band looked so uncomfortable together and David Byrne was getting eyeballed by the rest of the band.

Byrne is a big of a musical magpie taking ideas from others and calling them his own or not crediting the writers.

Frantz and Tina said so in interviews etc.

"Slippery People" is pretty much the same song as Aretha Franklins "Rocksteady"
