I rang up Eir to reduce my bill and the guy on the phone was trying to catch me out big time so I'd sign up to every fucking thing going. All I wanted was my broadband reduced. He asked me how I had an Amazon account but no Prime.
I mean it's not that difficult to understand. Supposedly if you get the phone package you get Prime free but after so many months like you're paying more than you were. I was confused as anything. At the end I got my bill back to 55 a month which isn't ideal but it was 70.
I don't know how an elderly person could cope with these shysters
