I am after having 6 weeks of hell with sciatica...couldn't put on my shoes.
Bed is worst place to be.Pain killers and physio.Awful dose.Hope she improves.

Sciatica is debilitating

Thankfully I haven't got it bad in years, as it can be circular....you have the terrible pain, so you stay rigid in one place where it doesn't hurt, but to get rid of it you need to move and get flexibility back in. The painkillers need to be looked at as a way to allow you move and get that flexibility in. Ponstan Forte/500 (mefenamic acid) were fantastic for me.

Had a touch myself.

Doing 10 min Yoga videos on Youtube 2 or 3 times a week certainly helped.

Jefferson Curls also great for it.

I wouldn't think so. I've only ever had one woman crack onto me. It didn't work so I've at least been with men so I'll stick to them. I need to do myself up a bit maybe
