Stuff that grinds your gears

Jesus lads I am so fucking stressed. I've a thing to have done for tomorrow morning and it's just gotten the better of me.

I've chest pains and the lot. I've just shut down the laptop and put it away, I can't take anymore. I'll have to get up early tomorrow and work on it again, which means I won't sleep properly with that hanging over me but I can't take anymore today.

I've just paid €9.99 on YouTube to buy my favorite film and I'm going to try and switch off with that. Fucking chest pains and everything at this stage, and no dinner.
Get it done and no more wimpering. Leaving things to the last minute is bad news.

If you can give it 10 minutes, do up a schedule for yourself for the morning.
Break down what needs to be done, and set times for them.
Concentrate only on what NEEDS to be done. If you have time once the essential work is done then you can finesse it.

Hopefully that might help you to park it for the night.
Don't drink, even if it seems appealing as a way to relax. It will make you feel crappy in the morning.

I'm a few pints deep in the local and am watching High Fidelity on my tablet. Best I've felt all day.

I'll finish the film and grab some sleep. I've put together around 20 pages of what needs to be a ca. 30 page document that needs to be presented at midday. I'll do it.
