NOT a good look in any plant at any time, and certainly all kinds of alarm bells (sorry) should be ringing with the HSA in the wake of last weeks very serious incident.

I'd seen some list online of the various incidents there over preceding years and it looked bad but I'd wondered how much of it was exagerrated. TBH I doubted reports of "machine went on fire" previously, but I've since been told by someone that indeed there is a particular piece of kit down there that has had flames licking out of it on occasion. Absolutely CRAZY stuff!
