Stryker

Another incident there this morning, Fire engines on site,

Saw that online and first thought it was a re-hash of last weeks incident. Place sounds like a complete cluster-f**k from a health and safety point of view. HSA will need to go through the place with a fine tooth comb at this stage.

I thought they did not too long ago. Seemingly today's incident is a bit of a non incident.

Mixed feedback on radio last week, some un named staff say the place is dangerous , Other people say there
are workers there whose agenda is to get union recognition there,

If someone is playing silly-beggars with health and safety just in order to get union recognition they deserve a very swift kick in the nadgers!

Elected Staff Safety representatives are a requisite in such a site irrespective of whether it's got a recognised union or not. Given the laws and possible penalties it would be very stupid of upper management to ignore the HSA requirements.
