1. Is it necessary to tip taxi drivers in Cork?
2. Can you pay with notes on the city buses eg a €5 note to pay for two people?
3. Can you buy your train or bus tickets eg going to Cobh or Kinsale at the train and bus station?
4. For a Ryanair flight at 20.00hrs what time would you need to be at Cork airport?

Yeah those offices are poorly staffed and are closed around 5pm. The ticket machines are always on.

Not sure as regards 1 bar the usual tourist/souvenir shops on Patrick Street

Marina Market is open Sunday and they have a souvenir shop off the main floor it's in front of you as you walk down by the toilets (toilets off to the left, the shop is to the right in front of you) it's very good some nice Cork souvenirs including mini painting postcards letters etc. I was there about 3 weeks ago and they had a good range of products.
There is also have vintage stalls, jewelry stalls, clothes stalls etc.
Obviously all the food stalls as well.
Your one stop shop.
