Dodged a bullet here in Murcia. Hailstones the size of Golf balls fell in Almeria. Utiel, a town we visited in the summer got trashed. It’s been so dry here that the rain will not soak and it runs into ramblas that couldn’t cope with the deluge. Expect higher prices for Citrus fruits as crops have been wiped out in the Valencia region. Utter devastation.
