It’s atrocious. The lack of investment in Council dog wardens is a shame and we see it with the filth all over the footpaths and public green areas.

I’ve seen bags hanging from trees where these lowlifes have lobbed them from the path.

I just can’t get my head around the mentality of going buying the bags, bringing them with you on a walk, picking up the dogshit then rather than waiting to find a public bin or bringing it home to dispose of they throw it away for someone else to take care of.
