Rick Beato is fucking insufferable. I saw one video where he talked about the fact that you even the cheapest guitar will allow you to wring a monster tone from it - "Here are some bends that you can try."

To demonstrate his point, Rick pulled out a Gibson Les Paul Custom Black Beauty - RRP about €6,000 and ran it into a rig worth about €20k

Paul Davids (the Dutch lad) is also painful. "Theesh progresshhions and schalesh are sho shimple, I wonsh evensh exschplain." and plays a fucking impossible lead line.

Rick Beato is an absolute musical genius and a true visionary. I'm all for people having the right to their opinion etc but anyone who doesn't get Beato simply hasn't a fucking clue what they're talking about.

I'm a musician, I would say I know what I'm talking about, and Beato is the king. Anyone who thinks otherwise should stick to listening to Westlife.

Mangold Theory is good for piano tutorials on YT if anyone is interested. Beato did a piece with Keith Jarrett recently which was inspiring and sad because it was for Jarrett a rare public appearances since having a stroke which ended his playing career.
