Sorry but we cant all earn 100k a year so What about couples who have a combined income of 50-60k and have seen their mortgage rise 5 times in the last 2 years as well as everything else going up ?

If the new owners say there is a lot of work to be done to bring it up to standard then it does suggest things
were not operating as it should have been previously, or does it suggest it did conform to a certain minimum standard but not to the standard new owners aspire to?
