Should the RE-Turn scheme be scrapped?

If, as we are told, there's a successful Re-Turn system in use in over a dozen other countries across Europe, is it really beyond the wit of our Government and the Re-Turn quango to have learnt the possible pit-falls that our system is plagued with?

Now are the scores of Millions of unclaimed deposits still "resting in the account" or has it been put to good use yet?

Don't scrap it, we can't anyway. Im sure its been mentioned but there is always some issue with the machines. We need ones where you dump the contents in. Not 1 by 1.
