That the fella who tried to kill the shopkeeper and the cops and stuff like that? Any death is sad but from what I recall that was a case of self defence and public safety.
But this lad had a gun and was firing it in the air in a busy supermarket car park? Quite similar cases.
Maybe and both didn't survive unfortunately. That's the risks of going around with deadly weapons.
True but my point is about the differing narrative. Mental health services are woeful in this country and it’s heartbreaking to see another young person’s life ended because they reached breaking point.
You'd wonder what the cause of it all is. Trauma in childhood, a history of it in the family, new fangled tech like social media warping things. This generation now is being experimented on with the rate of change we've had, and with advancement happening so quickly it's impossible to keep with things.
