I had to stop there on Sunday night coming home from the Bruce concert at Slane in1985 due to a problem with the car. There was a mechanic open so we had to wait in a pub. The locals were unfriendly yokels. It seemed that Cork was another planet to the muckers!

I know quite a few people who got marriage based green cards even after years being undocumented. However, they had immigration lawyers… standard fee is about 10 K. Money solves everything. If this guy Culleton petitioned on his own, without legal representation, he’s inviting scrutiny. He’d have been better off staying illegal and undocumented, as long as he didn’t leave the country!

Ya I've a friend in the US aswell who was illegal but is married there now a few years.

He has come home a few times in recent years but I'm guessing it's risky now to do it

My friend is fully legal now, but fuck knows if that means anything in Trump's America.

He overstayed his vias in the early 2000s so maybe that's enough.
