The West accuses Russia of using chemical weapons in Ukraine when they have used them themselves. As for Putin using nukes he could reason out that the West is weak and won't retaliate if he used them on Ukraine, using history as an example Hitler judged that Britain and France would do anything for peace so the Nazis got away with a lot, but this is besides the point because Putin is not going to use nuclear weapons as he is far from the genocudial genius that the PROC portray him as.

My point is Putin is not a murderous leader that is portrayed here, he would not use nuclear weapons but I bet some mindless PROCCer would argue that he would, if Hitler was around today he would not hesitate to use nuclear weapons regardless of what the West thinks or do.

So will Belerus get drawn into it at any stage. Are their troops amassing at the border at this stage?

There a reports circulating every now and then, latest is that they are preparing huge missile attack, problem is all their conventional weapons were commandeered by Vlad. Attacking from Belarus is not so simple due to the terrain as the Russians found out in February.

Second problem is that Lukaschenko is facing growing internal strife at home and rising again so think he has other issues to attend to.

Being a dissident in a state that has a policeman for every 16 citizens is not simple but they are smelling his weaknesses and will have another go sooner rather than later.

Propaganda dear Hank is used on both sides just because you don't like the Russians and you have made your views clear on this matter does not mean you have a monopoly on truth. You can post up a picture here but it dose not change the truth, Ukrainians played their part on bringing on this war.

In other news, Russia has criticised what she sees as US and Western expansion into Asia Pacific, for those who don't know or who stay blind the West is looking to set up an Asian NATO. You can only imagine what that means, more build up of militaries and like retaliation from adversaries of the US.

MOSCOW, Aug 16 (Reuters) - Russia has "no need" to use nuclear weapons in Ukraine, its defence minister said on Tuesday, describing media speculation that Moscow might deploy nuclear or chemical weapons in the conflict as "absolute lies".
"From a military point of view, there is no need to use nuclear weapons in Ukraine to achieve the set goals. The main purpose of Russian nuclear weapons is to deter a nuclear attack," Sergei Shoigu said during a speech at an international security conference in Moscow.


"The media are spreading speculation about the alleged use of Russian tactical nuclear weapons in the course of the special military operation, or about the readiness to use chemical weapons. All these informational attacks are absolute lies."

Shoigu also alleged Ukrainian military operations were being planned by the United States and Britain, and that NATO had increased its troop deployment in eastern and central Europe "several times over".

Referring to the New START Treaty to control U.S. and Russian nuclear arms, Shoigu said talks to extend the treaty were "a two-way street", and the situation around it was "difficult".
"A difficult situation is also developing with regard to the Treaty on the Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms. The agreement remains in force until 2026," Shoigu added.
"On the Russian side, obligations are being fulfilled, the declared levels of carriers and warheads are maintained within the established limits."

There is also an article in the BBC saying Jews are quitting Russia, sounds like propaganda for two good reasons.

1. Jews are not persecuted in Russia.
2. Jews have been migrating to Israel since the collapse of the Soviet Union so Russian Jews migrating to Israel is nothing new.

As you can see there is propaganda on both sides of this war.
