Russia's unjustifiable war of aggression in Ukraine

Macron is a third league quality politician leading the only EU nuclear power and dreaming to be accepted to the big boys league. He rules rusophile country which due to arrogant politics hand in hand with Germany was hoping to set a new rule in Europe after UK left the club and Italy having constant economic problems. France with ridiculous post colonial politics in Africa lost almost all their rule there and was hoping to get along with Russia to reduce Chinese position on that continent and reduce a risk of former colonies stopping sending their budget through Paris. France (often with partially state owned corpos) pumped huge money into Russia, they are biggest foreign employer there. They were thinking they can outsmart others with Germans by breaching embargo and giving Putin some beads of goodwill, but got unsurprisingly played. Corrupted greedy French elites were making money with even more corrupted Russian elites and having drinks and parties in Chamonix and Monaco. Now they want to eat a cookie and have a cookie, despite that Russia for decades is destabilising their home affairs sponsoring le Pen clan.
The guy has no clue what he is doing, how could he, as he is nothing but political race rat knowing a lot how to get to the power but then showing his true face of a boy easily seduced by more experienced players (and women ;) ).

French foreign politics in last 10 years is a different topic altogether. A classical dream on the past glory with ignorant approach of being Messiah for other nations who don't give a fuck about what they (the French) want. They are being played like kids by other super powers.

That is how my amateur eye sees it.

Just for a good night. Yet, another Russian general bites the dust, gen Roman Kutuzov who was killed in Popasna region.

FUgGPEOWIAIACD7

:)

*Some sources are saying it was Roman but Berdnikov, for me? No difference, keep them coming!

And a quick update on Severodonietsk. Which should be taken a week ago by some saying.

The rumour on setting a trap for Russians was true?

As expected the Russians cannot hold what they take, their numbers, supplies just about everything does not stack up despite them throwing the kitchen sink at this one. Will be plenty more twists and turns in the road yet but at least they appear to have been stopped in their tracks if not in reverse gear.

OK and last for today. Spain is donating their Leo tanks and missiles. However, the tanks are of very doubtful quality. Those are the ones Czechia nad Poland refused taking, and which supposed to be used to build some vehicles for infantry.

However, the news of the day comes from Greece:

These are the weapons that Greece handed over to Ukraine: Incredible quantities - "Hundreds of Russians killed by their use"

Ukrainians "are grateful to Mitsotakis government"

The quantities of weapons and ammunition that they gave or are going to hand over to the Ukrainian Zelensky regime to fight the "authoritarian Russian regime" are unbelievable, as the Greek YPAM N. Panvagiotopoulos characterized it.

Everything comes from Greek Army depots on the islands.

In total, according to information, the type and quantities of ammunition are as follows:

122 TOMA BMP-1 with all the ammunition of their machine guns

15,000 73 mm missiles.

2,100 122 mm rockets.

20,000 AK-47 Kalashnikov assault rifles

3,200,000 7.62 mm cartridges,

60 MANPAD FIM-92 Stinger,

17,000 155 mm artillery missiles

1,100 RPG-18 anti-tank rockets

According to information, 6 Greek C-130 transport aircraft, 10 Canadian and 5 New Zealand were used to transport all of them.

Greek and allied barges that will sail in the port of Alexandroupolis will be used for the transport of BMP-1. The Ukrainians themselves say that "they succeeded in exterminating hundreds of Russians with Greek weapons." Especially with the 155 mm missiles. and 122 mm rockets.

FUN FACT: Part of it are weapons confiscated from the ship which was illegally transporting weapons from Ukraine to Kongo some time back!

The Russians are increasing using seperatist "volunteers" as cannon fodder in their most recent push in order to keep down Russian casualties. I guess seperatist mothers can be more easily silenced than Russian ones.

True but I guess the fact they are bogged down now and have failed to take Severdontesk in a timely manner they will have to reinforce with their own troops pulling them away from Kharkiv area and Kherson which spring leaks in other lines. Kherson line already has plenty of holes in it.

Ukraine drew the Russians into a street fight and the Russians went for it and can no longer fight it on their terms hence they made little progress recently or taking a beating depending on what news you read.

Any time the Russians reach a built up area they have to get out of their tanks and they are no match for the Ukrainians in any street fighting. Guess Putins conscripts are not too keen to die for their billionaire dictator. Even the Chechens who very very vocal in their pursuit of "fascists" before Mariupol have gone very quiet recently, being cannon fodder is apparently doing nothing for their digestive system:rolleyes:

an article from Poland on gas supplies, a topic dedicated to those who were claiming that "ne nada" without Russian gas. Those terminals are the salt in the German eye.

Poland will double the FSRU terminal. It will have two vessels

The interest in using the Polish floating LNG terminal in Gdańsk by the Czech Republic and Slovakia prompted the Polish side to double the capacity of the FSRU terminal from the planned 6 billion cubic meters. gas annually up to 12 billion. This means building a large terminal with two vessels.

Jednostka FSRU (GETTY, Anatoly_Menzhiliy)

- Due to the growing interest of the Czech Republic and Slovakia, we plan to expand the capacity of the FSRU terminal in the Gulf of Gdańsk to at least 12 billion cubic meters. gas - announced the Minister of Climate and Environment Anna Moskwa on Monday in Lublin.
During the Local Government Three Seas Congress held in Lublin, the head of the Ministry of Climate and Environment emphasized that the key to building Europe's energy security is the "north-south thread", which will use the terminals and gas connections of the Three Seas countries .

She indicated, inter alia, for the construction of a floating LNG regasification terminal (FSRU) - for reloading LNG carriers in the Gdańsk Bay. " We planned it for 6 billion cubic meters of gas per year. Due to the growing interest of our southern neighbors, and also of Ukraine, we plan to expand it to at least 12 billion cubic meters, which means a large terminal with two vessels " - she said.
She added that we are in constant dialogue with the Czech Republic and Slovakia "to work out the final model of these connections, but also to prepare for building connections with Ukraine."

Terminal only in 6 years

According to the current development plan of the gas transmission operator - Gaz-System, the FSRU floating terminal is to be launched at the beginning of 2028. Gaz-System is currently conducting Phase 1 of the Open Season procedure for the FSRU project with a regasification capacity of 6.1 billion cubic meters. gas per year. Upon completion of Phase 1. Gaz-System is to assess whether the level of regasification services requested in the submitted orders is sufficient to start the project implementation. PGNiG has confirmed the submission of an order for the regasification service at this terminal .

The minister stressed that Ukraine is also ready for full energy synchronization with the Three Seas countries.
Anna Moskwa also announced that Ukraine is about to become a member of the International Energy Agency. "We will be proposing Ukraine as Poland in Paris in a week. We already know that the preliminary approval of Ukraine's admission to this organization is already in place," she added.

The head of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage also indicated that a decision had been made to restore the Chmielnicki-Rzeszów power connection. According to Moscow, it will "allow us to import this energy from Ukraine by the end of the year, but to ensure safety in both directions if necessary".

Poland on the safe side?

Anna Moskwa added that Poland "is on the safe side" when it comes to gas and coal supplies.

"Many people in this country scared that after cutting off the gas from Gazprom, there would be no gas in the cookers, we would not be on the safe side. We are on the safe side. In the same way today we are scared that there is no coal from Russia, we will not be on the safe side -" we are absolutely on the safe side in this area as well "- she assured.

Referring to coal, the minister recalled the mines operating in Poland, such as Bogdanka in Lublin, or the mines in Silesia. "We have good relations with other countries of the world that support us in securing this necessary raw material. Please do not succumb to propaganda, we are also on the safe side here. The next winter will be safe" - she noted.
