  • The Małopolska National Revenue Administration (KAS) has discovered an illegal practice of exporting luxury cars to a market covered by EU sanctions.
  • By administrative decision, the company was fined PLN 20 million.
Auditors from the Małopolska Customs and Tax Office in Kraków (MUCS) have discovered an illegal practice related to the export of luxury cars to the market covered by EU sanctions. A company operating in Małopolska by Belarusian citizens, in 2022-2023 it was involved in the purchase of expensive cars of prestigious brands in Western European countries. These vehicles were then exported from European Union territory. The transport documents indicated other destination countries, and in fact the cars ended up in the Russian Federation. In this way, over 100 vehicles worth over PLN 49 million* were transported. The route of transport led through Poland, Lithuania to Belarus and then to Russia. The evidence gathered indicates that the company's management acted consciously and deliberately in circumventing sanctions. The head of the Małopolska University of Social Sciences, by means of an administrative decision, imposed a fine on the company for violating the sanctions in the maximum amount of PLN 20 million**. This is one of the largest cases of its kind in Poland and a clear signal that violations of international sanctions are met with severe consequences.

EU have approved a €90bn "loan" to Ukraine.

A loan? When and how do they plan to get that money back?
👇
Loan to be financed through common EU borrowing, Ukraine to pay it back once it receives war reparations from Russia

Belgium alone is sitting on €200billion of frozen russian state assets. It'll be grand.
