it's impossible to keep anything a secret anymore, once the deal was agreed they'd have to go public officially before it got 'leaked'

the abuse allegations thing is already getting plenty of attention from the press and presumably the legal authorities

Richards seems like a nice fella but in terms of discussing football they may as well have Mr Blobby on.

Hamann about the only RTE panellist worth listening to. The other guests range from dull to migraine inducing.

Think Stephen Kelly is very good. Excellent knowledge of players and tactics and importantly he's able to express his opinion articulately. Unlike say Kevin Doyle who is not cut out for tv punditry IMO.
Sadlier is just a dose, a lecturing know it all who seems to think his opinion is always right. You're not in a psychology session now richie.

I didn't like Stephen Kelly at all when he was commentating but agreed he's excellent in the studio.

Sadlier is an obnoxious know it all prick.

I like Doyle, he brings a bit of craic to the studio and he brings some good insights to the table.

I wonder was McClean only contracted for the earlier games or was his time on the panel cut short due to how bad he was.
