Did she lose the run of herself or what? Was it bought with her own money or the donations? This strikes me very much as a panic buy.

I have never seen a photo of Rory with an Epiphone Coronet. There are pictures of him with Les Paul Juniors (which look slighty incongruous), Danelectros and even a Silvertone.

Fuck it, here's a photo of Fontaines DC's Carlos O'Connell playing Rory's Epi Coronet. This will have to do.

Carlos looks like he's having a run at a few Green Day numbers

My brother went about times but stopped because it was full of old Dutch bikers bursting into tears while listening to Sinnerboy or Dave McHugh play a million miles away

I'd be interested to know where he bought it. If it came from Crowleys then fair enough, I get it.

The Crawford would be my first pick for a location for the guitar, but no doubt like everything else in this country it'll be kept in Dublin. Probably put on display on a fuckin Luas or something.

A Squire is my main instrument now. And it wasn't a cheap one, it was around €500 bucks which you'd nearly get a Fender for. It's a Tele deluxe

I've a mexican roadhouse strat I picked up for 500 used (850 new I think) but my little hands refuse to do thumbover.

Still sounds bad ass. Especially with my black star 5htr going all the ways up to 11 and pumped through a 60€ Thomann attenuator
