I havent followed Rooney closely at Derby but he seems to have enhanced his reputation. His comments on Foden's role in the Euros were very interesting. Stevie G, Gary Neville and Frank Lampard were given top jobs on less. He is still young and as I said he needs to expand his horizons having spent all his career in the north of England.
