Adult cartoons must be one of the hardest genres to be successful in too I imagine.
How many can you really say have lastest the test of time?
The first 6/7 seasons of The Simpsons are the gold standard obviously but would you consider it adult? Some adult themes I suppose.
Family Guy, South Park, Beavis & Butthead, maybe Rick and Morty?
King Of The Hill is back and I'm really enjoying the new episodes but like the Simpsons more adult themes than strictly adult.
Most seem to come and go after a couple of seasons.
Am I forgetting any obvious ones?

One of the funniest things Ive seen then and since

I watched a bit of Afterlife, it wasnt great and his new show is getting panned but the guys done more than most achieve.

Extras is on ukgold or whatever at the moment. Dont think it gets the credit it deserves. The gollywog scene or Bowie lol

Jez yeah, I never really took to it but that was very big for a while.
Futurama would be a big one too but again never really took to it.

Is that the one with Greg Kinnear? That was ok. He did another one that was awful.

Hes a bit like Coogan, has done bit parts in the U.S. and has probably become resigned to the fact he will never escape his main comic creation.

At 65 with the career hes had I doubt he pays too much heed to criticism.

The podcasts were made for HBO long after they had the 2 hour show on a Saturday.
Get on them even if its a compilation of Karls competitions, Rockbusters and songs of phrase I couldnt be consoled
