These same religious preachers that force women to dress a certain way, allow cousins to marry, condemn (putting it mildly) homosexuality and a range of other repressive practices on a scale across several countries where Islamic ideology is the law. No votes, no debate, no freedoms.
Just a blind adherence to a religious and political cult that is an extreme right wing ideology ruining the lives of hundreds of millions of people that must abide and live under repression. Afghanistan, Yemen, Iran, parts of Africa, Syria, etc.
There is no comparison with any other religions in terms of scale of repression.

There is a difference between Islamism, political Islam & the religion of Islam. Islamism or political Islam don't want a separation of Mosque & state, desire a Caliphate & are deeply sectarian, especially towards other Muslims. Wheras Islam the religion is like any other religion, diverse & full of good people who just want to live in peace and have their own personal beliefs, no interest in forcing it on others.

Really? Donaldson met one of his victims at a Christian community centre where he apologised for what he did in the presence of others. Nobody at the meeting called the police.
