The Croats did 2 horrible things, first of all they were in the Utashe which killed Jews, Roma & Serbs, secondly during the 90s they drove Serbians out of their homes in Operation Storm. So they were nasty at that time too. The anti Serbia noise omits these facts. By the way Serbia is less anti Roma or antisemitic than a lot of European countries.

I've heard it's amazing, would love to visit that part of the world, was on holiday in Croatia last year and liked it but I kept to the coast and saw very little of the cities.
Can you fly from Ireland? was considering going to Istanbul next year but Sarajevo might be an interesting shout.
